The Niagara County Board of Elections has been charged to faithfully execute and uphold the New York State Election Law in the County of Niagara. The Board ensures that the electoral process is conducted fairly and efficiently in a bipartisan manner. We are responsible for registering eligible voters, maintaining necessary public records, assisting individuals seeking public or party office, and certifying the results of all elections within our jurisdiction. The Niagara County Board of Elections works diligently to serve the voting public so that their democratic rights are upheld in accordance with the United States Constitution, New York State Constitution and New York State Election Law.
